It contains anti-bacterial properties and antioxidant which helps improve the digestive system and even fights diseases. Consuming honey with juice or hot water before breakfast proves beneficial for health.

- As an Energy Booster: It is rich in carbohydrates, providing strength and energy to the body. It is also effective in boosting up the energy and endurance instantly and even helps the athletes to reduce muscle fatigue. The fructose and glucose present in it prevent fatigue during exercise.
